  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the artwork type, size, framing, or artist location.

  • Commissioned or custom-made artworks require additional preparation time, which will be communicated separately.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We ship artworks across India and internationally, subject to service availability.

  • Some locations may not be serviceable due to logistical restrictions. In such cases, customers will be notified.


3. Shipping Methods

  • Artworks are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners specializing in fragile and high-value items.

  • Shipping methods may include standard, express, or insured shipping depending on artwork value and destination.


4. Packaging

  • All artworks are packed using professional, museum-grade materials to ensure maximum protection.

  • Packaging may include bubble wrap, corner protectors, rigid boards, wooden crates (for large artworks), and waterproof layers.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, artwork size, weight, and shipping method.

  • Any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • International: 14–30 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring availability at the delivery address.


8. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of significant delays, we will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the package and artwork for claim processing.

  • Resolutions will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


11. Artist-Direct Shipping

  • Some artworks may be shipped directly from the artist’s studio.

  • In such cases, packaging and dispatch timelines may vary but will follow the same quality and safety standards.
