Thank you for shopping with InsoulArt. We take great care in curating, packaging, and delivering artworks. As artworks are unique and often one-of-a-kind, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both buyers and artists.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of art, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The artwork received is significantly different from the description or images shown on the website
- An incorrect artwork has been delivered
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Original artworks once delivered in good condition
- Commissioned or custom-made artworks
- Digital artworks, NFTs, or downloadable files
- Artworks purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Defective Artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged artwork
- Outer packaging and internal packing
- Shipping label
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement (if available)
- Full refund
- Store credit of equivalent value

- Supporting images or videos
Do not ship the artwork back without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage or our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us
- For any other approved return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
- Artworks must be returned in original packaging to ensure safety
6. Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be in the form of exchange the artwork, processed within 7–10 business days
- Any shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- No payment will be refund in any case, only exchange of artwork will be consider
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the artwork has not been shipped
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
- Commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun
8. International Orders
- International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
9. Artist-Owned Artworks
Some artworks are shipped directly from artists’ studios. In such cases, return and refund decisions are subject to artist approval, aligned with this policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
